What’s Served:

The Bhog includes dishes like khichuri, payesh, labda, and chatni, etc.

Belur Math Kolkata Overview:

The main gate of Belur Math conduct to the Ramkrishna Sarada Mandir. Swami breathed his last on 4^thJuly, 1902 at this place. His memorial lies within the Math.

Also Belur Math has provided other things for example an art college, charitable dispensary and an industrial school. Tourists often spend about 3-4 hours here, but the experiences and sentiments felt here stay with them forever.

Best time to visit Belur Math Kolkata:

Winter months from October – March is the best time to visit Belur Math, because in winter you can enjoy beautiful glory of the temples and the morning cool climate and evening time birds chirping and sightseeing near the Hooghly River.

How to Reach Belur Math Kolkata:

There are so many means of transport such as Bus, Taxi, & Own vehicle. The distance is approximately 9.2 km from Kolkata and is 6 km from Howrah. It will take you around 30 minutes to reach Belur Math, whichever mode of transport you use. The cheapest mode of transport is bus.
